I’m Jasmine — a multi-hyphenate creative, strategist, and mama building a space for women with range. Baddies By Design is my love letter to those of us balancing ambition, softness, and self-reinvention. I believe in designing a life that honors all of you — the bold, the tired, the healing, and the limitless.

Felecia is a dedicated council member of Baddies By Design, a dynamic community committed to empowering women to lead boldly, live authentically, and design the life they deserve. With a passion for purpose-driven leadership, Felecia brings many years of strategic insight, creative energy, and a deep commitment to uplifting voices that are often overlooked. She believes every baddie has a story worth telling and the power to shape her own narrative.

I’m a multifaceted creative and content architect based in Pennsylvania and the DMV, telling stories that feel like lived experiences because they are. My work lives at the intersection of voice, video, and vulnerability, with a focus on empowering Black creators, documenting real moments, and building intentional digital ecosystems.

My personal mission is to inspire people, especially of the African diaspora, to be pleasurably curious, faithfully empowered, and deeply loving as a path to liberation; through curating intentional community experiences, authentic storytelling and open-hearted listening, or becoming fully embodied and helping others to do the same. I am immensely grateful that Baddies By Design holds space for me to show up in all of these ways. And in turn, I’m looking forward to uplifting the members of our community as they embrace the multi-hyphenate baddies that they truly are!

I’m a Metro Atlanta-based mom of three, content creator, and business owner passionate about helping working moms find entry-level remote jobs and side hustles. I share tools, tips, and job leads that make it easier to balance motherhood and making money. I’m excited to be part of Baddies by Design because I believe in the power of women creating freedom through community, creativity, and smart strategy.

I’m Dara — a fashion designer, nail tech, travel planner, wedding day wrangler, and wellness advocate (yes, all of that). I’m especially passionate about helping Black women live whole, healthy lives while pursuing every version of their dreams.

After navigating my own journey with endometriosis, I launched @endowhileblack to arm women with knowledge and remind us we can advocate for our bodies and build lives we love. I believe in taking up space, building our own tables, and doing it all in style.
